MODEL UNITED NATIONS

Model United Nations is a simulation of the United Nations working sessions. Different kinds of MUNs have been created to satisfy the learning needs of a variety of individuals: students, qualified professionals, managers in the private sector and members of the armed forces.

Thanks to MUNs it is possible to:

  • Improve knowledge of multilateral diplomacy
  • Strengthen negotiation and leadership skills
  • Learn how to communicate effectively in different contexts
  • Improve the ability of understanding how a complex situation might evolve

How does MUN work?

Each participant represents a member state of the UN and is required to abide by its values and interests.
The goal is to negotiate and approve resolutions that favor the assigned Country but at the same time take into account collective interests. It is a cooperative competition where participants face the main topics of international politics.
